Plus, we are 15 minutes to Rockwall & the lake and within walking distance from “The Pearl at Sabine Creek” wedding venue. Pets are allowed for a fee of $300/pet. The light and bright kitchen features premium appliances, bar seating, and a prep island that makes serving group meals a breeze. There’s an adjacent dining room + more dining space in the lovely conservatory solarium that overlooks the grounds. Two separate seating areas mean plenty of space for gathering, complete with plush furnishings and one of four wood-burning fireplaces.
