This listing is for the basement of a 5,400 sq. ft. home w/ neighborhood amenities. With room for 8, guests have a full bathroom with walk-in shower and TV. You will be sharing the common areas of the home (kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, driveway) as well as home amenities such as Wi-Fi. Conveniently located in Fishers, IN just 2 miles from Geist Marina and 4 miles from Ruoff Music Center and Hamilton Town Center Mall. The nightly rate covers the first 6 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Reservation requests will not be accepted for stays beginning more than 30 days from the date of booking. THE SPACE This booking is for 1bedroom and a bathroom on the basement level of a residential home. Guests have plenty of privacy on this level with a TV and full bathroom with walk-in shower. LOWER LEVEL BED CONFIGURATION 3 queen beds 1 sofa bed The potential exists for other guests to book private rooms in the house and you will share the kitchen, living room, common area TV, dining room, garage , outdoor patio, laundry room and all amenities in the house with others.
